Welcome to Mythos Webcraft, a creative web design and marketing studio operated by Mythos Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By using mythoswebcraft.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to both:

Use of our website (mythoswebcraft.com) and any related communications, and
All client services provided by Mythos Webcraft under Mythos Collective LLC, including web design, content creation, marketing, and AI integration.

Individual service agreements or proposals may include additional terms; those documents take precedence where they differ.

2. Payments and Refunds

All projects require payment as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Because each project involves time, creative effort, and intellectual property, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If payment is rescinded, cancelled, or otherwise withheld after work has started, all deliverables—including design files, written content, and digital assets—remain the sole property of Mythos Collective LLC until full payment is received.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final website build, copy, and related creative content, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to request permission to display completed projects, visuals, or screenshots in our portfolio and marketing materials. If a client declines, we fully respect that decision and will not publish or display the work.

4. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Many of our projects involve integrations with third-party services or software (such as Wix, Duda, hosting providers, analytics, or AI tools).
While we carefully select reliable platforms, we are not responsible for outages, bugs, or security incidents caused by those third-party tools.
Clients are subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

5. Communication and Professional Conduct

We believe in clear, respectful collaboration.
Both parties agree to maintain timely communication and a professional tone throughout the project.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate a project if communication becomes unproductive, disrespectful, or prevents the successful completion of the work.

6. Liability Limitation

Our services are provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythos Collective LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from use of our website, services, or any third-party tools.

We make every effort to deliver high-quality results but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales or search rankings.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets (such as logos, brand guidelines, or account access).
Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all project materials and communications as confidential unless you grant written permission to share them for portfolio or marketing purposes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.
If the client terminates before completion, all work performed to date must be paid in full, and partial deliverables remain property of Mythos Collective LLC until full payment is made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and all agreements under Mythos Webcraft are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, Mythos Collective LLC is a Florida-registered entity, and we reserve the right to enforce our rights or obligations in either state’s jurisdiction if necessary to protect our business interests.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at mythoswebcraft.com/terms with the date of last revision.
